SaniForce Holdings Incorporated (“SaniForce”, “we”, or “us”) cares about your privacy. The following Privacy Policy is intended to describe to you, as a user of SaniForce and/or our services, the information we collect, how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures. By using our service, users are accepting and consenting to the practices set out in this policy.

How We Collect and Use Information
Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy have their meaning given to them in our Terms of Service.
We collect the following types of information about you:
Information you provide us directly: We ask for certain information such as your first and last name, mobile phone number, e-mail address, zip code, and credit card information when you create a SaniForce account, or if you correspond with us. We may also retain any messages you send through the Service, and may collect information you post to the Service. We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Service.
Analytics information. We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, including the web pages you visit, your browser add-ons, your browser’s width and height, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user.
Cookies information: Cookies are required to use SaniForce. A cookie is a small data file that can include an anonymous unique identifier that is stored on the computer hard drive of the user. SaniForce may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary cookies that remain in a file of the browser until logged out of the website. Session cookies do not store any personally identifying information, only a unique visitor ID that is used to improve the SaniForce user experience. Persistent cookies remain in the cookie file of the browser after leaving the SaniForce website. Persistent cookies also do not store any personally identifiable information. Please be aware that cookies may be required to use certain features of the Service. SaniForce makes no warranties of site performance if the user changes browser settings or employs other actions to disable cookies.
Browser Information: SaniForce logs IP addresses for systems administration purposes. IP addresses may also be logged to track a user’s session, to determine which parts of the website users are visiting, to identify problems in development, investigate fraudulent use of the site, and for other reasons at our discretion.
Location data: When you access the Service by or through a mobile device and elect to use our home cleaning Services, we may access, collect, monitor and/or remotely store “location data,” which may include GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device to help our cleaners find your residence and perform the cleaning. Some features of the Service, particularly our location-based cleaning Service, may not be available to you if the use or availability of location data is impaired or disabled.
Email communications: SaniForce may use the email address you provide to contact you regarding our services. SaniForce will not send unsolicited commercial e-mail unrelated to SaniForce, nor will SaniForce knowingly share your e-mail address with third parties. We may send you emails containing newsletters, promotions and special offers. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you will be given the option to opt out or change your preferences. We also use your information to send you Service-related emails (e.g., account verification, purchase and billing confirmations and reminders, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). You may not opt out of Service-related e-mails. The e-mails we send to you may contain code, which allows us to track usage of the e-mail, including whether the e-mail was opened and/or what links (if any) were clicked.
Images/Pictures: For reasons such as, but not limited to, training purposes,
quality assurance, cleaner assistance, and dispute resolution, cleaners may be required to take pictures of both exterior and interior areas of your home and submit them to our operations supervisors for review.
Use of certain service type information we collect about you: We use or may use cookies, browser information and location data to: (a) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the site; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information; (c) to provide and monitor the effectiveness of our Service; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns; (e) diagnose or fix technology problems; (f) help you efficiently access your information after you sign in; (g) to provide advertising to your browser or device, and (h) automatically update the SaniForce application on your mobile devices.
Disclosure of Your Information
We will not rent or sell your information to third parties outside SaniForce and its group companies (including any parent, subsidiaries and affiliates) without your consent, except as noted below:
Sharing certain service type information we collect about you: We may share certain service type information, including information obtained through tools such as cookies, log files, location data and clear gifs (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.): (i) with our third-party business partners for the purposes described in the section above on “How We Collect and Use Information.” We may also aggregate or otherwise strip data of all personally identifying characteristics and may share that aggregated, anonymized data with third parties.
Who we may share your information with: We may share your information with our employees and representatives (including our cleaners) in order to provide our cleaning Services to you. We may also share your information with third-party business partners for the purpose of providing the Service to you (i.e., e-mail providers, server hosts, etc.). Those business partners will be given limited access to your information as is reasonably necessary to deliver the Service, and we will require that such third parties comply with this Privacy Policy.
We may preserve or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect SaniForce’s rights or property. SaniForce reserves the right to use the information we collect about you for internal purposes, such as analyzing Website usage, troubleshooting, improving our marketing and promotional efforts, improving our content and product offerings, and customizing our Websites’ content, layout, and services.
What happens in the event of a change of control: We may buy or sell/divest/transfer the company (including any shares in the company), or any combination of its products, services, assets and/or businesses. Your information such as customer names and email addresses, phone numbers, and other user information related to the Service may be among the items sold or otherwise transferred in these types of transactions. We may also sell, assign or otherwise transfer such information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies, dissolutions, reorganizations, liquidations, similar transactions or proceedings involving all or a portion of the company.
Aggregated Information
In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Services, SaniForce often conducts research on its user demographics, interests and behavior based on the information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis, and SaniForce may share this aggregate information with its affiliates, agents and business partners. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. SaniForce may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.
How We Store and Protect Your Information
The personally identifiable and geo-location information we collect is securely stored within our database, and we use standard, industry-wide, commercially reasonable security practices such as encryption, firewalls and SSL (Secure Socket Layers) for protecting your information (credit card number and geo-location information). However, as effective as encryption technology is, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won’t be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet, and any information you transmit to the Company you do at your own risk. We recommend that you not disclose your password to anyone.
Compromise of information: In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Your Choices About Your Information
You control your account information. If you want to delete or update anything, please email us at contact@saniforcecleaning.com and we will make every effort to promptly process all requests.
Opting out of collection of your information for tracking / advertising: Please refer to your mobile device or browser’s technical information for instructions on how to delete and disable cookies, and other tracking/recording tools. Depending on your type of device, it may not be possible to delete or disable tracking mechanisms on your mobile device. Note that disabling cookies and/or other tracking tools prevents SaniForce or its business partners from tracking your browser’s activities in relation to the Service. However, doing so may disable many of the features available through the Service. How long we keep your information: Following termination or deactivation of your User account, SaniForce may retain your profile information and any information you have posted to the Service for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. We may retain certain aggregate or anonymous information indefinitely.
Exclusions
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information collected by SaniForce other than information collected through the Services. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to SaniForce through the Services or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Services, such as discussion forums (collectively, “Public Areas”), any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and SaniForce shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution.
Age Restrictions
SaniForce cares about the safety of children. Because the Service is not directed toward kids, children under 13 are not allowed to register with or use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
Links to Other Websites and Services
We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from the Service, including the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Service to another website, our Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or service, including those that have a link or advertisement on our website, are subject to that third party’s own rules and policies. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect by other means (including offline) or from other sources other than through the Service.
